Found Industrial are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing business based in Crawley. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced warehouse environment, offering long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Loading and unloading deliveries
  • Picking and preparing customer orders accurately
  • Packing goods ready for dispatch
  • Assisting with stock control and inventory management
  • Booking goods in and updating internal systems
  • Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable with manual handling duties
  • Basic IT skills
  • Counterbalance Forklift licence desirable (but not essential)
  • Reliable and able to work well within a team

 

This is a Monday to Friday role with consistent full-time hours and the opportunity to secure a permanent contract following a successful temporary period.
