Salary: £34,000 – £36,000 + excellent company benefits
Working Pattern: Saturday to Wednesday (day shifts, flexible as required)

This is a hands-on role for an experienced chef who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments. You’ll work with the UK operations team and global central food team to deliver consistent, high-quality products at scale while maintaining flavour, efficiency, and food safety.

The business is expanding its operations and salads division, offering clear progression and the chance to shape production standards and recipe execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support daily kitchen operations across production areas.
• Execute recipes accurately and efficiently.
• Scale recipes for production in collaboration with development teams.
• Train and mentor production staff to maintain hygiene and presentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and allergen standards.
• Provide hands-on support during busy production runs and trials.

Your Background

• Strong culinary background at Sous Chef or similar level.
• Experience in high-volume kitchens (banqueting, contract catering, large-scale operations).
• Ability to deliver consistent quality across multiple production runs.
• Practical, process-focused, with excellent attention to detail.
