Location: Medway, Kent
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (with flexibility when needed)

• Leading and motivating production teams to meet output, quality and safety targets.
• Overseeing daily production schedules and coordinating resources effectively.
