Production Team Leader | Food & Nutrition Manufacturing | Hands-On Role with Progression
Location: Medway, Kent
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (with flexibility when needed)

They’re now seeking a Production Team Leader to help oversee day-to-day operations on the factory floor, supporting the team and ensuring production runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting part of the production team to meet daily targets.
• Monitoring product quality and ensuring safety standards are always maintained.
• Helping to plan and coordinate daily production activities.
• Working closely with the Production Supervisor and other departments to resolve issues quickly.
• Encouraging teamwork and maintaining a positive, productive working environment.
• Getting involved in process improvements and learning new skills as the business grows.
