Location: Crawley, RH11
Job Type: Temp to Perm (12 weeks)

 

Found Industrial are currently recruiting for a Goods In Operative to join a well-established business based in Crawley. This is a hands-on role within a busy warehouse environment, offering a genuine opportunity to go permanent after a successful 12-week period.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receiving and checking incoming goods against delivery notes
• Booking stock onto the system accurately and in a timely manner
• Putting stock away in designated warehouse locations
• Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Supporting stock control and inventory checks
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Working closely with the wider warehouse and logistics team

 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Goods In or warehouse role preferred
• Reach FLT licence desirable (not essential)
• Full UK driving licence desirable
• Good attention to detail and basic IT skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude
