Found Industrial are recruiting for a Quality Control Assistant to join a busy manufacturing business in Redhill. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, focused on inspections, quality checks and supporting the wider team to ensure products meet required standards.

 

The Role of Quality Control Assistant:

• Full time, Monday to Friday
• Temp-to-perm position

 

Duties of Quality Control Assistant:

• Conduct detailed inspections of final products before dispatch in line with company standards
• Carry out quality checks on jobs requiring additional processes
• Report any quality issues to the QC Team Leader
• Process jobs through internal systems, ensuring correct procedures are followed
• Maintain and update quality control statistics and reports
• Maintain and organise sample control, including customer and job samples
• Update and maintain sample and colour standard libraries
• File non-conformance and quality documentation as required
• Carry out repetitive inspection tasks with high accuracy
• Basic warehouse duties including packing and palletising

 

Requirements for Quality Control Assistant:

• Strong attention to detail
• Good manual dexterity
• PC literate and confident using spreadsheets
• Able to work at pace and meet deadlines
• Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks
• Previous experience within production, manufacturing, warehouse or quality environments preferred
